Brad Knox and Mikhaela McDonald focus on building long-term relationships, carefully studying industry trends, and helping both companies and individuals find the right fit for their needs. I have found working with Brad and Mikhaela to be extremely helpful in my career planning, and always appreciate their professionalism and expertise. Through the process of planning and executing a complex international career move for myself and my family, we spent many hours together working through details. They were patient, supportive and never tried to pressure us into something we were not comfortable with. I can recommend without hesitation working with Brad and Mikhaela and the broader international Proco Commodities network
The one thing I’ve come to realize having worked for Proco Commodities over the past 5 years is the real value that we offer our clients; not only through our niche product focus and subject matter expertise but also through our extensive global footprint.
I have been working within executive search for the past 15 years across Asia Pacific and the Americas region; with a specific focus on the commodity markets over the past 5 years. One of the biggest trends I have seen evolve in the North American market, is companies wanting to partner with subject matter experts when they are looking to hire, rather than engage non-industry specific search firms.
When Mexico began the exciting process of deregulating its oil and gas industry in 2015 (after nearly 80 years of state control); it was inevitable that foreign investment would start flowing into Mexico.
